Living with Multiple Sclerosis Part 1 - by Desiree
If I could give anyone advice it would be don’t take “no” for an answer from your doctor, get tough if you have too it is your life and your body and ultimately only you have to live with the effects which MS can cause. I would also advise to not get into a routine even though it can be difficult not to, of feeling sorry for yourself and constantly asking why did this happen to me? Instead of having pity parties try more to be an inspiration to those around you to also over come hardships and disability. Last but not least done push your family and friends away because you think they don’t understand, they do understand and they are dealing with their own grief from watching the person they love go through pain, but ultimately they are your strength so treat them as such, and never forget everyday is a NEW day, and live each day as if you did not have MS as much as possible!
